As a part of the ‘Quality of Life’ initiative for patients and community, our team visited Amana Healthcare, a specialized provider of long term care, post-acute rehabilitation and home care services in AL Ain. The patients had the opportunity to see real falcons, watch a falcon fly to a tilwah and experience the feel of a falcons feet and feathers.

Falconry was added to the lists of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage on 16th November 2010. IAF World Falconry Day is celebrated each year to commemorate this historic achievement. Our female students took part in a fun filled falconry afternoon under the 2018 theme of ‘Women Falconers… Wings of Falconry’.
